  Negative five stars. This experienced has RUINED MY IMAGE. Horrendous haircut. So many adjectives come to mind. ONE HALF OF MY HEAD IS 1.5 INCHES SHORTER THAN THE OTHER -- HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THAT? A strikingly poorly carried out, unbalanced composition. Stylist did not cater to what I clearly explained I wanted, nor did she apply any sort of artistry in the cut or style. I explicitly told her I did not want generic layers -- of course she layered my hair like crazy, a generic failure.
  
  I want to cry -- I spent a year growing my hair out only to have it SO MISERABLY BOTCHED. There is NOTHING I can do to correct my botched haircut myself -- meaning I have to dish out another $50 -- what the...? iCOMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT, AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE INDUSTRY.
  
  Save yourself the utter misery -- research reputable salons and ask for an experienced stylist.
